We offer the following services to our clients and candidates:
Graduate Recruitment
Every year we work closely with many clients to find them graduate or entry level developers, designers, testers and support engineers at the start of their careers.
Competancy interview and guidance
Where possible we meet all of our candidates or talk on the telephone to run through competency questions and offer guidance to those more junior / less confident candidates.
Technical and psychometric testing
We can offer technical and psychometric testing if required by the client.
Managed services
We also run some managed service agreements for specific clients. We run the full recruitment process for each area and run support and appraisals with the team on a quarterly or annualised basis.
Quality screening and referencing
We can perform Basic to High level vetting and CRB checks on all candidates, we also perform all standard screening and background checks prior to the candidate starting a role.
